Inter-Axis Phase Matching
Inter-axis phase matching (analogue), between two axis outputs sampled simultaneously:
Axes 1 – 2: ≤ 0.05° at 30Hz, equivalent to ≤ 5µs of inter-channel delay.
Axes 1 – 3; Axes 2 – 3: ≤ 0.25° at 30Hz, equivalent to ≤ 20µs of inter-channel delay.
The inter-channel delay is frequency-independent within the operating band; the corresponding phase at any frequency follows φ = 360° × f × τ.
Note: any additional inter-axis phase observed in a system is introduced by the data-acquisition sampling chain (channel-to-channel sample skew in multiplexed DAQs) or by genuine phase-shifted / elliptical motion of the monitored structure, and is not a property of the sensor.

Mounting Instructions

Hook up the vibration sensoer with the connections as described.  Make sure power supply meets specifications.  Attach unit to machine or device and use the arrows indicating inclination as reference as to which axis the measurements take place.
